2025 Urbana High School Girls Flag Football End of Season Banquet

Join us for a celebration honoring our fantastic flag football season! We're gathering our talented players and their families, and our dedicated coaches and team volunteers for an evening of good food, shared memories, and lots of smiles as we look back on our favorite moments from the field. Come be part of the fun! 

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

• Varsity and JV players attend for free; all other guests must register and purchase a ticket.
• Seating is limited; please register early to guarantee admission. 
• Registration & ticket sales close on 11/12/25.
• Please note, all registrations are final and non-refundable.
• Jersey return and checkin begins at 5:50 PM
• The program begins promptly at 6:15 PM

EVENT REGISTRATION:

• For proper headcount, please RSVP for everyone in your group & submit payment for the total number of GUESTS attending; Varsity and JV players attend for free. Please note that all guests, regardless of age, must be registered and must have a ticket.
• Registration & ticket sales close on 11/12/25 at 12:00 AM EST
• All jerseys need to be turned in at the reception on November 16th.
  • Be sure to follow the "JERSEY RETURN" instructions below.

JERSEY RETURN INSTRUCTIONS:

If your jersey is not received on the 16th, you will be charged a late fee of $50.

1. Launder your jersey and shorts; check them for rips/tears/defects.
2. Fold your jersey and shorts and place them in a large, clear, Ziploc bag.
3. Before sealing the bag, add an index card with your name, your jersey #, and the jersey size. Note any rips/tears/defects on the index card.
4. Please also add a dryer sheet.
5. Bring the sealed bag with you to the November 16th reception.

Failure to return jerseys and shorts by 11/20/25 will result in a $350 replacement fee.
